Natural Evolution world famous Green Banana Multi-Fibre, Australian buckwheat flour for texture and protein, Australian chia seeds for protein and omega 3 and Australian rice flour to round it off.
Natural Evolution Green Banana Resistant Starch, Australian Buckwheat Flour, Australian Rice Flour, Australian Chia Seeds, Dates, Coconut Nectar, Vanilla Bean Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Rock Salt, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Line tin with baking paper
- Add eggs (or egg replacement), milk, oil, contents of the banana bread mixture and diced dates into the bowl
- Mix all contents very well
- Fold in mashed banana
- Pour mixture into the bread tin or muffin tray and evenly spread out over the top
- Bake for 35-40 mins in bread tin or 15-20 mins muffin tray
- Remove let cool and enjoy.
FOR MUFFINS: Simply add mixture to a lined muffin tray and make delicious nutritious muffins easy - bake for 15-20 mins until cooked.
FOR A CRUNCHY TOP: Crumble Simply crumble some nuts from the pantry and sprinkle on the banana bread before baking, gently press the nuts into the top of the mixture and bake.
