How to Use:
Massage: 1% dilution or 6 drops in 30ml of carrier oil to ease muscular pain and restore the nervous system.
Compress: Can be included in a compress blend to treat aching joints. Up to 5 drops in warm water.
Cleaning: Can be used in a spray bottle as a disinfectant.
Do not use undiluted on skin and keep dilution low as clove bud can be toxic and overwhelming to the mind in large doses. Also, may cause skin irritation. Best to avoid with children.
