RICH FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES: Melt 2 tbsp of butter add 2 tbsp of melted sugar-free or 80% dark chocolate, add mixture and one egg, beat well and pour into 2 small ramekins - microwave in 2 x 30-second bursts - makes the best fudgy brownies, top with ice cream or whipping cream!

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in fridge or wrap and freeze for up to 3 months if it lasts that long!
