Locako's light and fluffy caramel pancakes are loaded with collagen and healthy fats. A perfect start to fuel your busy day!

What you need:

  • 100g pancake mix
  • 
100ml milk of choice
  • 
3 large egg (or egg replacer mix)
  • 
1 tbs butter (or oil of choice)

Directions:

  1. Using a whisk, thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Grease fry pan with oil/butter. Heat until almost smoking to seal the pan and prevent sticking. Once hot, turn to low heat and wait for 30 seconds.
  3. Spoon batter into the frypan on low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx. 10cm in diameter.
  4. Cook for 45-60 seconds or until you see bubbles.
  5. Carefully flip each pancake and cook the other side for a further 45 seconds or until golden.
  6. Serve with your favourite topping and devour.
