Directions:

Grab your favourite mug out of the cupboard and dump in a tablespoon of Mind+Body Fuel. Pour in some hot water and mix well until dissolved. Sweetener/honey optional. You can even add in MCT, collagen or ghee. Whatever gets you going really. Next, add in a dash of milk or creamer (or not), take it over to a sunny spot and sip in bliss. Hot Tip: Remember to give it a stir every so often so the spices don't settle to the bottom. You can also add this magical powder to banana smoothies, nice cream and frappes. Go wild.

Tasting Notes:

Imagine a chai latte crossed with hot cocoa. It's earthy and a little spicy with a hit of chocolate to mellow it out. We recommend adding a dash of milk to take the edge off, but if you prefer a more in-your-face flavour then making it on hot water only will do just fine.

How The Mushrooms Are Grown:
Our Reishi and Lion’s Mane mushrooms are grown on aged oak-wood and hardwood logs which are covered with nutrient-rich topsoil.

Our Chaga mushrooms are grown on birch logs in the forests of Central Asia. As the mushroom grows, it absorbs the betulinic acid from the birch, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting compound. The quality of the soil and log is crucial to growing a potent high-quality mushroom. No chemicals or pesticides are used during this process, so we can guarantee our mushrooms are 100% organic and non-GMO. When the mushrooms have reached peak maturity they are cut by hand, collected, dried and undergo a process to extract the medicinal compounds from the mushroom.

Since wild Cordyceps Sinesis is extremely rare and is growing in popularity worldwide, we instead chose to source sustainable organically cultivated vegan strain called CS-4. It’s grown in liquid fermentation tanks, resulting in a potent mycelial extract currently the focus of studies on aerobic performance and stamina.
