Bake yourself a sumptuous coconut cacao cake, with organic raw fair-trade cacao. 

This mix also contains organic high-fibre protein rich coconut flour, organic tapioca flour, organic coconut sugar (which has a low glycemic index of 35 and is rich in amino acids and B vitamins) and unrefined Celtic sea salt.

The organic raw cacao comes from an heirloom variety of Criollo Amazonico grown in the Peruvian Amazon and boasts a very high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score.

No commercial baking powder in this mix, but instead baking soda is used as an aluminium-free raising agent. You also won’t find any corn, soy or any numbers in the ingredients!

Naturally gluten-free, grain-free and dairy free (when prepared with coconut oil).

This mix has a luxurious taste and texture, and is so easy to make!

You only need to add the following: 5 eggs, 150g organic coconut oil (or butter if not dairy free), 180ml water.

Makes: ONE round cake (22cm) or 2 loaf pans (20 x 9cm) 

Cooking Time: 30-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
