Contains:
1.5% food grade hydrogen peroxide (anti-plaque, antiseptic), essential oil of peppermint, essential oil of cloves, organic aloe vera, deionized water, cellogen, potassium sorbate, sodium bicarbonate.

Directions:

Place the solution in a small container
Dip your brush into the solution and brush your gum and teeth using the method described by your dentist or dental hygienist
Rinse your brush and repeat these steps for the top teeth, bottom teeth, inside and outside
Rinse with the remaining solution, and nothing else. Do not rinse your mouth with water
