Shipping policy
Currently, we only ship within Australia (where we are based). We are based in South Australia and welcome you to pick your parcel up if you live locally and would prefer to save on shipping fees, regardless of your spend. The option to select Pick Up Locally is at check-out.
We charge $10.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, or FREE when you spend over $99 in one transaction. We ship using Sendle Couriers (using either Fastway or Couriers Please) or Australia Post, selecting the most appropriate method depending on your location, turnaround time and if you ship to a physical address (we only use Australia Post for shipments to a Post Office Box or Parcel Locker address).
Our Sendle shipping service requires you to leave any instructions for your goods to be left if no one is available to receive them at the time of delivery. Please leave delivery instructions when placing your order. If you provide authority to leave goods without personally accepting the delivery, we do not take any responsibility for order that are stolen or go missing after the courier has left the order is the requested area.
Generally, we find Sendle and Australia Post (regular post) turnaround times to be similar, although we have found from our experience that generally, Sendle is a little quicker in most cases, relative to the destination.
Please note that the turnaround time from when you place an order of your goods to when you receive it, is dependent on availability of goods (if there are delays with this we will let you know), your location (if you do not live in a metro or regional area, there may be additional turnaround times beyond our control), and our courier or Australia Postage delivery chain. We do not have control over the turnaround once your order is on its way to you and in the hands of a verified courier or Australia Post. When we set your order up to be shipped out to you, you will receive an email from us to confirm this and provide you with a tracking number/link in order for you to track your parcel from there. Once your order is in transit with a third party Courier or Australia Post, we do not have control over the turnaround times except to offer a general turnaround based on their standard turnaround times offered at the time. This will also be outlined and updated via the tracking information that you receive for your order when it is shipped.
We proudly work with Sendle Couriers as they are a carbon-neutral company, and we package our parcels using recycled/biodegradable materials wherever possible, as well as re-using plastics (like bubble wrap) from what we may have received from suppliers - we never purchase plastics which are not recyclable, reusable or biodegradable. We can happily say that we are trying to do our bit to help our beautiful environment, given the nature of our business :-)
