Ingredients:Ā Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil.
Diffuser:Ā Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to enhance brain function, stimulate creativity and improve concentration.
Massage:Ā Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100m / 3.38fl.oz carrier oil.
Bath:Ā Add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.Ā
Shower:Ā Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Topically:Ā Mix 1 drop with 5mlĀ carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
Blends well with:Ā Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Geranium, Lime, Lemon, Orange, Petitgrain, Tea Tree.
